My Pocket WiFi has stopped working.
If your Pocket WiFi displays the globe icon in red, indicating an offline status, please try this troubleshooting first:
- Turn off the Pocket WiFi device
- Remove the back lid from the right bottom corner
- Take out the battery pack
- Open the SIM slot cover by sliding it
- Take out the SIM card and re-insert it (make sure the chip area is clean)
- Slide and close the SIM slot cover
- Replace the battery and put the back lid on
