My Pocket WiFi has stopped working.

If your Pocket WiFi displays the globe icon in red, indicating an offline status, please try this troubleshooting first:
  1. Turn off the Pocket WiFi device
  1. Remove the back lid from the right bottom corner
  1. Take out the battery pack
  1. Open the SIM slot cover by sliding it
  1. Take out the SIM card and re-insert it (make sure the chip area is clean)
  1. Slide and close the SIM slot cover
  1. Replace the battery and put the back lid on
