My SIM isn't working with my Android phone. Any suggestions?

Here are some potential solutions based on our experience:
  • Ensure that the APN settings are entered correctly.
  • Switch Airplane mode on and then off again, or reboot your device.
  • Disable the 4G / LTE mode or set the 'Preferred network type' to 3G (WCDMA) only.
  • Try manually selecting NTT Docomo as network.
