My SIM isn't working with my iPhone. Any suggestions?

First, make sure your iPhone is unlocked. You can do this by going to Settings > General > About. If you see "No SIM restrictions" message under Carrier Lock, your iPhone is unlocked.
Then, let's go through some steps that might solve the issue:
  • Verify that the Configuration Profile is installed correctly. You can check this at Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.
  • Try toggling Airplane mode on and off, or restart your iPhone.
  • As a last resort, reset your network settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings). Please be aware that this will erase all saved WiFi access information, so only do this if necessary.
